Hamish is a qualified valuer and land economist with over 25 years of real estate and capital markets experience. He has directly raised over $3 billion of equity capital into Australian private real estate funds, acquired over $1 billion in assets, managed a $1.5 billion listed REIT portfolio and structured over $500 million of development debt.
Prior to founding Craigmoor Property, Hamish was Head of Institutional Capital at CVS Lane, Head of Private Capital at The GPT Group and Head of Institutional Property Sales at NAB. He held senior investment roles in the AMP Capital equities team and property valuation roles at JLL.
Hamish has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and has served on numerous committees for the Property Council of Australia and Securities Institute of Australia.
